Key Responsibilities:
- Menu Creation & Costing: Develop seasonal menus that celebrate local ingredients while managing food costs to meet financial goals.
- Staffing: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team that delivers exceptional service and hospitality.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align food and beverage offerings with broader business goals and guest experiences.
- Leadership: Lead by example, setting a professional tone, working hard, and inspiring the team to excel.
What We’re Looking For:
- A proven leader with experience in food and beverage management.
- Strong understanding of menu development, costing, and operational efficiency.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to foster collaboration across teams.
- A passion for locally sourced ingredients, hospitality, and creating memorable guest experiences with each season.
- The ability to stay professional, work hard, and set the tone for the team without relying on a title.
