Noelle Alexander serves as our Senior Manager of Business Operations, bringing a dynamic background in recruiting, workforce development, training, and hospitality. Noelle began her career in hospitality, quickly discovering her passion for training and workforce development—fields where her strengths in communication, relationship-building, and collaboration shine.

With a servant leadership approach, Noelle leads with a focus on adaptability, innovation, and operational efficiency. She excels in simplifying complex processes and ensuring that her teams feel supported and empowered. Noelle’s leadership approach and background in hospitality makes her a natural at building connections and fostering a collaborative work environment that values both innovation and tradition.

Prior to joining us, Noelle played a key role at Escoffier School of Culinary Arts, where she spearheaded the pilot of EConnect powered by Global Solutions, showcasing her ability to implement impactful strategies that drive business success. Outside of work, Noelle is passionate about exploring the outdoors, attending live music events, and connecting with her local community. She believes in the power of shared experiences, whether it’s through work or leisure, and is always eager to bring people together in meaningful ways.
