Craig’s had the unique opportunity of merging his early exposure of hospitality, growing up and working in his family’s restaurant and Inn. “I love the fact that at a young age I learned operations and the value of customer relations and service.”
Craig’s passion and desire guided him through the Culinary Institute of America and then becoming a young Sous Chef at the famed Windows on The World Restaurant, NYC; a proud alum member.
Continuing his career, he became Executive Chef opening 4-star hotels; The four-star Sagamore Resort in New York and the four-star Boston Harbor Hotel in Massachusetts.
From there he moved through promotions of Food & Beverage Director, Hotel General Manager and onto Regional Director of Operations for independent and branded hotels and resorts in various locations across the USA.
