Greg has more than twenty years of restaurant and hospitality industry experience with some of the top brands in the industry. A graduate of Texas Tech University, Greg began working for Chili’s Grill & Bar while attending college. After graduating, he accepted his first management position with Chili’s Waikiki in Honolulu, Hawaii. Greg eventually relocated back to his home state of Texas, where he rejoined Brinker International. He managed several Chili’s in San Antonio and the surrounding areas. Greg did multiple restaurant openings and became a General Manager and Managing Partner. After his time with Chili’s, he worked with Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen, doing another opening in Selma, TX. Greg also worked over four years with BJ’s Brewhouse, until deciding to become a restaurant management recruiter. Through his extensive management experience in field operations, Greg became adept at recognizing top talent, and is now applying his skills to help match clients with the top candidates from our network of industry professionals.
Greg is married and has three boys, ages six through twenty. His boys are involved in numerous sports and activities year-round. Greg and his wife enjoy baseball, football and basketball games, as well as spending time with family and friends at the lake.
