Kalith is a seasoned leader in the Hospitality Industry for the past 20 years. He’s worked at the 1600 Room Hilton Anatole, 1200 Room Hilton Americas - Houston, Boutique hotels and most recently the 1000 Room Kalahari Resort in Austin, TX. He started as an hourly team member and then worked in positions such as Assistant Restaurant Manager, Restaurant Manager, Director of Restaurants and was most recently the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage with Kalahari Resorts. Kalith was born and raised in Colombo, Sri Lanka and has a down to earth personality, iseasy to approach and has an outgoing personality!! I display an outstanding ability to plan, coordinate, and implement practices and procedures to bring significant improvements and achieve goals. Kalith acquired exceptional leadership skills and a demonstrated ability to increase repeat business. I learned that an essential skill you must have in dealing with people is to make an emotional connection which is rule #1.
