If you’re passionate about innovation, storytelling, and standing out in a competitive market, we want to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute comprehensive, multi-channel marketing strategies spanning TV, digital, radio, and emerging platforms to elevate brand positioning and visibility.Lead and inspire a team of marketing professionals, fostering collaboration, productivity, and professional growth.Design and implement data-driven marketing campaigns that align with company goals, driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth.Monitor campaign performance metrics, leveraging insights to refine strategies and optimize results.Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver compelling content and creative assets that align with the brand's voice and vision.Oversee and manage the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to maximize ROI.Stay ahead of industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities within the Canadian restaurant market to inform strategy and maintain a competitive edge.Uphold brand standards while providing strategic leadership to support growth and innovation.Qualifications and ExperienceProven expertise: At least 10 years of leadership experience in marketing, with significant exposure to the Canadian restaurant industry.Educational background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
