Collaborating with the Management Team, you will drive success through strategic decision-making, operational leadership, and community engagement.Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Mentor and develop team members, fostering growth and excellence.Manage operations to optimize profitability while delivering a superior dining experience.
Compensation and Benefits:Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 annually.
Bonus Program: $20,000 - $30,000 annually.
