You will act as a professional Kitchen Manager, driving both culinary excellence and operational efficiency. We rely on leaders who lead by example, bringing deep integrity and strong articulation to the kitchen operations.  This pivotal role is designed for a professional who is passionate about the hospitality industry and possesses a deep understanding of kitchen operations and management of great teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse culinary team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to create and implement menus that align with the brand’s vision while appealing to our discerning clientele.
  • Manage inventory, procurement of high-quality ingredients, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effective operations.
  • Implement and maintain rigorous health and safety protocols, guaranteeing compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze kitchen processes and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost reduction.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or Head Chef in a high-volume, upscale dining environment.
  • Culinary Arts degree or equivalent professional certification.
  • Strong leadership skills, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in menu planning, budgeting, and inventory management.
  • A commitment to upholding the highest standards of food safety and sanitation.
