As the General Manager, you will be at the center of it all - instilling and maintaining an overall positive culture amongst the entire team, developing of all leadership positions, and role modeling hospitality - while heading all operational and financial aspects of the business.

• Oversee and assess financial operations across the restaurant, establishing clear business priorities.
• Guarantee exceptional guest experiences, maintaining the highest level of satisfaction.
• Manage property maintenance, upholding superior standards of cleanliness and upkeep.
• Direct recruitment, training, and scheduling for all departments, in line with labor targets and operational requirements.
• Spearhead initiatives to consistently achieve or surpass financial objectives and performance benchmarks.

• 3+ years previous experience leading a full-service restaurant or bar
• Passionate about developing others
• Passionate about food and drink and up on all the latest trends
• Established leadership skills
• Ability to develop and motivate the people around you to always be their best
• Successful in training others to master technical skills
• Highly organized with great planning and administrative skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
• Ability to showcase Brand Ambassadorship
• Well versed in local marketing skills and event management
