Your Role:
As a Regional Manager, you will be the primary liaison for our valued franchisee partners. Your mission is to cultivate strong, productive relationships built on trust and mutual success. You will provide the operational guidance, coaching, and support necessary to empower franchisees, enhance profitability, and ensure consistent brand excellence across all locations within your territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Franchisee Relations: Develop and maintain exceptional relationships with franchisees, acting as their trusted advisor and business partner. Provide ongoing coaching and support to help them achieve their operational and financial goals.
- Performance & Sales Growth: Analyze store-level performance metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement strategic initiatives to drive sales and increase profitability.
- Brand Integrity: Uphold and enforce brand standards, policies, and procedures to ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience across the territory. Conduct regular site visits and operational audits.
- Operational Excellence: Guide franchisees in all aspects of restaurant operations, including P&L management, marketing execution, inventory control, and staff training.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in a multi-unit management role within the restaurant, QSR, or hospitality industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in building and nurturing professional relationships, preferably in a franchise environment.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze financial reports and drive performance.
- A results-oriented leader with exceptional communication, coaching, and influencing skills.
- A self-starter who is highly organized and capable of managing a large territory effectively.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to travel regularly between Calgary and Edmonton.
