We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Regional Manager to oversee operations for three of our key locations in the Midland area. This is a significant opportunity for a proven leader to drive performance, foster team development, and ensure operational excellence across multiple units.
The successful candidate will be a high-energy professional with a track record of success in the QSR or fast-casual restaurant sector. You will be responsible for setting the standard for quality, service, and cleanliness, while managing financial performance and strategic growth for your assigned region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and hands-on operational support to restaurant management teams at three locations.
- Implement and maintain brand standards, ensuring a consistent and superior customer experience.
- Analyze financial data, including P&L statements, to identify opportunities for sales growth and cost control.
- Champion a people-first culture through effective coaching, training, and development of managers and their teams.
- Oversee recruitment, performance management, and succession planning within the region.
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of multi-unit management experience in the quick-service restaurant (QSR) industry.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
- Exceptional people skills with a talent for communication and building strong professional relationships.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management capabilities, with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong business acumen with proficiency in financial reporting and budget management.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
