Regional Manager – Lower Mainland, BC

We’re looking for a dynamic, outgoing, and professional Regional Manager to oversee approximately 30 restaurants across the Lower Mainland of British Columbia. If you’re a seasoned multi-unit QSR leader with a passion for coaching franchisees and delivering exceptional guest experiences, this is your chance to shine!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead & Inspire: Guide and support franchisees to achieve operational excellence, drive sales, and deliver amazing guest experiences.
- Coach & Develop: Be the go-to mentor for franchise owners and their teams, helping them grow their businesses and their skills.
- Analyze & Strategize: Use your business acumen to identify opportunities, solve challenges, and implement strategies that drive success.
- Ensure Standards: Maintain brand standards across all locations, ensuring every guest leaves happy.
- Collaborate & Communicate: Work closely with corporate teams to align on goals, share insights, and celebrate wins.
What We’re Looking For:
- Multi-Unit QSR Experience: You’ve managed multiple locations (ideally in a franchise environment) and know how to juggle priorities like a pro.
- Franchise Coaching Skills: You’re a natural mentor who can build strong relationships and inspire franchisees to reach their full potential.
- Outgoing Personality: You’re fun, approachable, and thrive in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
- Professionalism: You bring a polished, results-driven approach to everything you do.
- Driver’s License: You’ll be on the road visiting locations, so a valid driver’s license is a must.
