Vice President, Marketing | National Restaurant Brand
$150,000–$170,000 base salary + bonus + car allowance + health benefits
Gecko Hospitality is recruiting a Vice President of Marketing for an established Canadian fast casual restaurant brand. Known for fresh, customizable inspired food, the brand serves made-to-order at more than 130 locations across Canada.
This is an opportunity to shape what comes next: strengthen the brand, bring more guests through the doors, and help franchise partners grow. You’ll lead the marketing team and turn customer insights into campaigns, menu initiatives and digital experiences that deliver measurable results.
What you’ll lead
Set the brand’s marketing strategy, annual plans and budget, with a focus on guest traffic and sales growth.
Lead and coach the marketing team while working closely with franchise partners, operations and agency teams.
Develop national campaigns and local promotions across digital, social and traditional channels.
Expand online ordering and loyalty participation, and improve how the brand communicates directly with guests.
Lead the customer data platform strategy, including data collection, audience targeting and campaign measurement.
Guide SEO, content and social media strategy, using tools such as GA4 to assess performance.
Partner with operations and product teams on menu innovation, pricing, profitability and the guest experience.
What you bring
At least 10 years of progressive marketing experience, including senior leadership with a national restaurant chain.
Restaurant marketing experience is required.
A strong record of growing transactions through brand campaigns, digital marketing and franchise collaboration.
Hands-on knowledge of loyalty programs, online ordering, customer data platforms, SEO and GA4.
The ability to develop people, communicate a clear strategy and make sound decisions in a fast-moving environment.
A degree or diploma in marketing, or equivalent experience.
